What is an MIP Conference?

This conference offers healthcare workers tools, resources, community support and guidance to begin to regain their sense of self and purpose both inside and outside of healthcare.

As healthcare workers ourselves, we know firsthand the emotional, physical and spiritual toll of giving so much of yourself to a very flawed system.

We need spaces to process, to heal, and to share the stories we’ve hidden for years with others who understand. We are creating a space to affirm that we are not alone in our experiences.

Through this gathering, participants will find more access to joy, clarity, and happiness, empowering them to navigate their journey with renewed optimism.

MIP Events

  • All types of Caregivers and Healthcare professionals. Although anyone who feels called to join us is more than welcome!

  • Yes, you will need to be 21 and over to attend.

  • Yes! Even those hoping to someday enter the healthcare field. Any caregivers who may be caring for a child or their parents are welcome as well.

Booking and Registration

  • No however we recommend this to receive the full benefit!

  • Always. Please let one of the booking assistants know and we will assist with arranging this with you.

Accommodations and Facilities

  • There will be many options to choose from at every retreat. Our venues have been chosen for the experience and if you need something more budget friendly we will ensure you are accommodated.

  • Yes! We are happy to offer a “Play Don’t Stay” option.

  • This will depend on the package you choose. Make sure to read the details carefully on our booking page before you confirm your booking.

Activities and Schedule

  • There will be ample free time during the day to enjoy the surrounding areas and the venue amenities

  • We have chosen venues with spa services available for private bookings.
